Haggis is a very ancient global dish associated with Robert Burns and is enjoyed at anytime of the year.
After his death in 1796 Burns elevated the dish with his eight verse address to the haggis which
every January is celebrated by a Haggis fueled Supper in celebration of the great poets life.
“Rabbie” Burns is without question the patron saint of Haggis.
